The agreement between us.

You pay us. We give you Management OS. We don't sell your data. We aren't responsible for catastrophic events outside our control. You can cancel any time. Disputes go to arbitration in Delaware. The longer version follows.

These terms are between you (or the company you're signing up on behalf of) and Management OS, Inc., a Delaware C-corporation. By signing up, creating an account, or paying for a subscription, you agree to these terms.

Management OS — a leadership operating system that ingests data from your connected tools (CRM, email, calendar, chat) and produces briefs, alerts, and answers about your pipeline, your team, and your business. The exact features available to you depend on your subscription tier.

Monthly: $2,500 / month. Auto-renews monthly. Cancel any time before renewal; no charge for the next cycle.

Annual: $25,000 (founding cohort) or $30,000 (standard) per year, billed up front. Auto-renews annually. Cancel up to 30 days before renewal to avoid the next year's charge.

Trial: 14-day free trial on Monthly. Card required at signup. If you cancel before day 14, no charge. If you don't cancel, the subscription begins on day 15 at $2,500 / month.

Refunds: if Management OS materially fails to perform, contact us. We'll work with you. No-questions-asked refunds are not the policy, but we are not in the business of charging customers for software that doesn't work for them.

You may use Management OS only for the legitimate management of your own revenue organization. You may not: scrape it, reverse-engineer the AI prompts, share your account credentials, use it to evaluate or replicate competing products, or build a competing product on top of our outputs.

You represent that you have the right to connect the tools you connect, to authorize Management OS to read the data those tools contain, and to share that data with Management OS' AI infrastructure providers under our contracts. You are responsible for the legal status of the data you bring to the platform.

Yours stays yours. You retain ownership of all data you bring to the platform and all outputs derived from your data.

Ours stays ours. The Management OS platform — including the canon, the methodology, the AI prompt architecture, the brand, and the software — is the intellectual property of Management OS, Inc. You don't acquire any rights to it through your subscription.

Management OS generates briefs, alerts, and answers using LLMs from Anthropic and OpenAI. AI outputs can be wrong. The leader is the decision-maker, not the system. Use AI outputs as input to your judgment, never as a substitute for it. We are not liable for decisions you make based on AI outputs.

Management OS is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may terminate at any time by canceling in the dashboard or emailing support@managementos.ai. We may terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or use the system in a way that endangers the platform or other users.

Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware under AAA commercial arbitration rules. You waive class-action rights. This is standard SaaS practice, not a trick.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll email active customers 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes. If you don't, cancel before the effective date.
